5 tbsp Oil
1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
1 tsp Pataks Garlic Pickle 300g (of de ingredienten daarvan)
1 tbsp Pataks Mild Curry Paste 283g
1 lb Potatoes Boiled and Cubed
Salt if required
Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds until they pop, add the onion and Patak's Garlic Pickle and fry until golden brown. Add the Patak's Mild Curry Paste and fry gently for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the potato and salt if using and continue frying for 5 minutes adding a little water if necessary to prevent the mixture sticking to the pan.
